Planting the SEEDs of Tomorrow’s Energy Leaders

As part of MariEnergies’ commitment to developing the next generation of industry leaders, we proudly launched the 2026–2028 cohort of our flagship Skill Enhancement and Employee Development (SEED) Program. From SEEDs to future leaders — this year’s cohort brings together ambitious young professionals from across Pakistan, equipped with the skills, curiosity, and potential to shape the future of the energy sector through G&G, STEM, AI, and other emerging fields.

Following a highly competitive selection process, the trainees embarked on their journey through a two-day orientation program featuring engaging sessions with senior leadership, former trainees, managers, and functional experts. The program also included collaborative activities designed to foster learning, innovation, teamwork, and alignment with our core values.
